You can permanently delete your Padel Rivals account and its associated data at any time. Whichever way you choose, the outcome is the same.
From inside the app — instant
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Padel Rivals and go to the You tab.
- Tap Privacy & Account.
- Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are removed there and then, and you are signed out. There is no grace period and no way to undo it.
By email — works without the app
If you have already removed the app, send us a deletion request from the email address on your account. We verify that it belongs to you, then delete the account.

Email requests are actioned within 48 hours and completed no later than 30 days from the request.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile — name, username, photo, bio and contact details
- Your rating, ranking history and placement progress
- Your matches, match participation and tournament entries
- Your direct messages and community memberships
- Your saved delivery addresses and notification preferences
- Your uploaded payment receipts, profile photo and device tokens
What we keep, and why
Two things survive deletion, and we would rather be plain about them than bury it.
Order records are anonymised, not deleted. We have to keep the sale itself — what was bought, for how much, and when — for 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Your name, delivery address, contact details and payment receipt are stripped from that record first, so it no longer identifies you.
Results in matches you played with other people may remain in those players' own match history, in anonymised form. Those records are theirs as much as yours.
